1. Cow‘s Milk
You should not feed your baby with cow’s milk, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) If your child is under 1 year old.
Children’s intestine is not mature enough.
Baby’s body system cannot handle the high levels of these nutrients in cow’s milk,
such as Protein, Sodium, and Potassium.
If you feed high protein food to your baby, it may cause of Iron-deficiency anaemia.
Another reason to avoided cow’s milk is allergies. It can cause an allergic reaction.
but you may not feed to your baby.
Because egg whites are allergenic, most doctors won’t recommend giving whole eggs to babies less than a year old.
Because of high proteins, Iron-deficiency anaemia is another problem.
3. Sea food -Shellfish
Also these foods may carry a risk of food poisoning and Parasitic infections.
Better to avoid to feed child until three years old.
Most of doctor recommend not to feed baby below 12 months
Also very occasionally, it can contain a type of bacteria that can be toxic to a baby’s intestines.
5. Too much fruit- Banana, Pineapple
Fruits are packed with Vitamin C and to be believed to eat daily. But since baby’s immune system is not fully developed, some fruit become harmful for child.
These exotic fruits keep body cool, may good for adults but not for children.
Bananas are rich in protein, potassium and minerals, these nutrition are essential to keep body fit. But not necessary to give many to baby below 12 months.
Similar to Banana, pineapples are high protein also full of potassium
Even good for adult, some foods may harmful for children because their digestive system and immune system are not mature. After finished the lactation period, young mother may worry
